CROmnibus Bill Still Has To Pass Senate

James Kirkpatrick wrote about the failure of House Republicans to stop the Cromnibus, but  it still has to go through the Senate, which would normally be automatic. If, however, the Senators get as many calls as the House members did,  they may hold it up.
