UPDATED Myth Of The 300 Million

The Census Bureau has finally announced that the U.S. population has passed 300 milion (it thinks). We anticipated this by posting Kevin Carter`s The Myth Of The Three Hundred Million last week, reporting Professor Virginia Abernethy`s argument that there has been a serious undercount. She was still fine-tuning her underlying paper, but she`s now finished, and we`ve posted it here.
