ICE SVU Not Arresting Alien Voters

The Secretary of State of Colorado, Scott Gessler, not a RINO, recently announced the results of an investigation into alien voting in the Centennial State, and, as usual, alien voting was discovered. (h/t Election Law Center.)

The report detailed identified 4,000 possible aliens who are registered to vote, many of whom have voted.

Gessler Asks 4,000 Voters To Prove They Can Legally Vote

DENVER – Secretary of State Scott Gessler announced Thursday afternoon that his office has mailed letters to 4,000 Colorado voters asking them to prove that they’re legal citizens and eligible to vote.

The letter asks those who are non-citizens to voluntarily remove themselves from the state’s voter rolls.

“We identified a gaping hole in our voter roll integrity, and this effort will better protect our elections,” Gessler said in a statement. “We know there is a problem, and I am unwilling to accept fraud in our elections.”

Democrats were outraged, not that aliens were presumably voting for them, but at the investigation itself.

Gessler, with his continued focus on eliminating voter fraud, has become a top target of Colorado Democrats, who believe the Republican is engaging in a less than subtle effort to reduce the number of minorities who actually vote in an effort to help GOP candidates.

At the same time, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's inappropriately named Homeland Security Investigations (ICE HSI), was ignoring illegal voting by aliens and chasing after child porn:

BUFFALO - U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced Friday that Roger S. Luczkowiak, 32, of Dunkirk, who was convicted of production of child pornography and possession of child pornography, was sentenced to 70 years in prison and lifetime supervised release by Chief U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny...

The sentencing is the culmination of an investigation on the part of Agents of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations, under the direction of James C. Spero, Special Agent-In-Charge; the Dunkirk Police Department, under the direction of Chief David C. Ortolano, the New York State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, under the direction of Captain Frank A. Pace, and the Chautauqua County District Attorney's Office, under the direction of David Foley. Additional assistance was provided by the Western New York Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory, which conducted the forensic analysis of the defendant's computer.

So, why was ICE HSI involved at all in this investigation?  There was the Dunkirk Police Department and the New York State Police to perform the investigation and the U.S. Department of Justice funded and FBI led Western New York Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory to executed the more difficult computer examination.  What was ICE SVU's contribution?  Did they not have other work to do?  Are there not alien voters in New York State?  Why not transfer those ICE SVU Special Agents to Colorado where there is immigration law enforcement to be done? 
Well, we know why.  ICE SVU is part of the Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty and War On White America; making certain the new people the Regime is electing are able to vote.  They don't want any problems for aliens when they vote themselves amnesty and welfare benefits.
