Checks are only beginning to snail in. But, based on past experience, we hope we’ll get about $3,000. So we may well be within reach our goal: to raise 0.0001% of what President Obama and Governor Romney raised in August—just $10,000. I am profoundly grateful for this support from our loyal readers. (But remember—we are pioneering here a new form of journalism, funded by readers, not beholden to corporate advertisers—or, much more damaging, to the liberal ad agencies. My four decades in professional journalism has convinced me that this the only way that the patriotic immigration reform message is going to get out.) My two earlier posts this week attracted attention because I focused, with a frankness you don’t see in the Main Stream Media or even in Establishment Conservatism mouthpieces, on the Democrats’ use of skewed immigration policy to create what I called the “nation of Anti-America” (see here) and on the Main Stream Media’s (and hence Republican campaign consultants’) absurd obsession with the “Hispanic” vote—ignoring the much larger white a.k.a. Historic American Nation’s vote (see here). So here’s a frank update:
Considering that these “whites” would have been called “Americans” until the floodgate-opening 1965 Immigration Act, this is an extraordinary picture of national dispossession via immigration policy. Which is why you won’t hear it mentioned in the MSM. MSNBC president Phil Griffin voiced the Establishment consensus when he justified ousting VDARE.com columnist Pat Buchanan on the grounds that Buchanan’s book on the facts of immigration’s transformation of America was “not appropriate for a national dialogue” In other words: shut up, America. Submit to us electing a new people. Well, at VDARE.com we will not submit. And we believe you won’t submit either. Of course, it’s utterly disgraceful that the Romney’s campaign is doing so badly among whites (a.k.a. Americans). In 2010, the GOP Congressional candidates got 60% of the white vote. In Southern states, the GOP regularly gets over 80%. (For comparison, remember that in recent polls Romney is showing O%!!! of the black vote.) And it’s indeed possible that what VDARE.com calls “Conservatism Inc.”—the parasitical congerie of campaign consultants, lobbyists, MSM token conservatives and GOP operatives based in Washington D.C.—may temporarily have succeeded in disrupting, via Romney’s useless campaign, the tipping process that was clearly underway in 2010, by which the GOP was becoming GAP: the Generic American Party. I don’t believe this disruption will last. (Indeed, I think the tipping process is still so powerful that Romney may still win—without doing anything particular to deserve it). But I do believe that the recriminations if Romney loses (or exultations, if Romney wins) will be a real challenge for immigration patriots. I believe that there will be a renewed drive to purge immigration patriotism from public debate. That is why VDARE.com is more essential than ever. Please help us now!
