Continuing a much-loved VDARE.com tradition (explanation here), we wish all our readers a Happy George Bell Day!…he was the Anglican Bishop of Chichester, an early ecumenicist, anti-Nazi, opponent of the area bombing of Germany in World War II, nuclear disarmer etc.. Hmmm.

For Catholics, October 3 is the Feast of St. Theodora Guerin, born in France, founder of an Indiana convent. Who says VDARE.com is anti-immigrant?
