People waiting for the results of Pennsylvania`s most competitive Congressional race may need to a wait a bit, Shawn Kelly says.Kelly, the campaign spokesman for Republican Hazleton Mayor Lou Barletta, said the combination of paper ballots in Lackawanna County and lines potentially stretching past the official poll-closing time could make for late returns.
